How cool is that? -- just like the article on BBC.
This musical sounds cool! About Bill Gates and Steve Jobs!

Fresh from the Tuesday night preview in New York, SYS-CON Media's special roving correspondent writes: First came 'Pirates of Silicon Valley,' the 1999 movie directed by Martyn Burke; and now the world's two most famous uber-geeks, Bill Gates and Steve Jobs, are going to feature as characters in a new 'musical software satire' due to open in September at the Beckett Theatre on W. 42nd St. in New York - featuring song titles such as "Stroll Through the PARC" and "I've Gotta Lotta Money." Its title is Nerds://A Musical Software Satire.
Nerds is described by the New York Musical Theatre Festival, which will present 6 performances in September, as "an outrageous epic take on the parallel stories of computer pioneers Bill Gates and Steve Jobs, two technological geniuses, as they blaze a path from 'garage inventors' to warring titans of the computer revolution!"
The musical is co-written by Jordan Allen-Dutton and Erik Weiner, both aged 28, and both graduates from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. Actor Sean Dugan (pictured) will be playing Gates.

This is kind of very close to the project which I am working on - about musicals and plays. In a way creating a space to play out possible "alternative" history.
