Aiyah, got to finish the proposal and funding application for Asia Triennale Manchester.
I have to say, it is a very interesting model - which I admire the council there 'going'; it this way.

Parvathi wrote an article covering the meet up of museum directors.
Anyway, ATM 08, distributes the curating power - ie. no artistic director but funds are distributed to local art groups / galleries and museums. Thus, the whole programming by these individual organisations consitute to the entire triennale programming.
When will Singapore Biennale be like this?
E.g. Will 1 million dollar be shared between 8 art organisations to curate a biennale.
MAybe that's my proposal? Eh?
